🌾 OAT • HONEY • YOGURT FACIAL MASK
Calming | Hydrating | Barrier-supportive
🌷You’ll need:
•1 tbsp finely ground oats
(blend or coffee-grind until soft — no sharp bits)
•1 tbsp plain yogurt
(full-fat if possible)
•1 tsp raw honey
🍯 How to prepare:
Mix oats and yogurt first
Let it sit 1–2 minutes so the oats soften
Stir in the honey last
You want a creamy, spreadable paste — not dry, not runny.
🧖🏼‍♀️How to apply:
Start with clean, slightly damp skin
Apply a thin, even layer (no scrubbing)
Relax for 10–15 minutes
If it starts to dry, lightly mist with water or tap with damp fingers.
How to remove:
Rinse gently with lukewarm water
Use your fingertips only
Pat dry (don’t rub)
🍯Why this works:
Oats → calm redness, support the skin barrier
Honey → humectant + antibacterial
Yogurt → lactic acid gently softens and hydrates
This combo is especially good if your skin:
feels stressed or reactive
looks dull or tired
needs comfort more than “results”

Finish with:
Toner & your regular moisturizer or face oil

How often:
1–2x per week is perfect
More isn’t better — consistency is.

I used to use coconut oil on my face every day and I would break out like crazy! 😫

Once I found out the truth about coconut oil and the skin I decided to switch to jojoba oil and sweet almond oil both are fantastic for the skin and won’t clog your pores. 🥥

Fun Facts:
🌿 Jojoba Oil is the oil that is the closest to our skin’s natural sebum (oil). Making it great for those who have oily skin naturally.

🌿Sweet almond oil is packed with vitamin E, fatty acids, and antioxidants — it not only keeps your skin silky smooth but also helps protect it from UV damage and early signs of aging. Ancient Egyptians actually used almond oil in their beauty routines thousands of years ago for its glow-boosting benefits

SALTED CARAMEL ICED COFFEE 🍯

🧋Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2 Tsp of @starbuckscanada Instant Coffee (any roast you love)
½ cup cold water
½ cup cold milk (any kind — dairy or non-dairy)
1–2 tsp @clubhousecanada Salted Caramel Topping Sugar
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (for topping)
Optional: extra caramel drizzle for a fancy touch

🧋Instructions:
Brew your base:
In a glass or mug, dissolve the Starbucks instant coffee in the cold water. Stir until smooth.

Sweeten it up:
Stir in 1–2 tsp of the Club House Salted Caramel Sugar while the coffee is still warm so it dissolves nicely.
Add a handful of ice cubes and pour in the cold milk. Stir well.

Top it off:
Add a generous swirl of whipped cream, then sprinkle a pinch of Salted Caramel Sugar on top for that café-style finish.

Optional extra:
Drizzle a little caramel sauce over the whipped cream if you want it extra indulgent

Enjoy!

I find it so important to do a few simple things that really set me up for a great week ahead.

✨Changing the bed sheets and vacuuming the mattress really helps to clear out any stagnant energy. This is even better when you open your bedroom window and let the sunshine and fresh air flow in.

✨The feeling after an Everything Shower can’t be beat! This is made even better when you add a face mask in the mix.

✨Cleaning out my fridge allows me the opportunity to replace old food with fresh ingredients and inspiration to create new healthy meals for the next week.

✨Going for a walk is one of my favourite ways to clear my mind and set intentions for the coming week. I feel it’s also impossible to not feel a sense of gratitude when walking in nature.
